Delivery Zones & Estimated Timelines

Below are typical delivery timelines for most orders:

Zone A – Metro Cities

2–4 business days

Zone B – Tier 1 & 2 Cities

3–6 business days

Zone C – Remote Areas

5–10 business days

Timelines may change during festivals, large sales events, or bad weather conditions.

Shipping Process

1. Order Confirmation

Your order is verified and forwarded to the vendor within minutes.

2. Vendor Processing

The vendor packs the item and generates a courier label (1–2 business days).

3. Courier Pickup

The courier partner picks up the order from the warehouse.

4. In Transit

Your order moves through courier hubs. Tracking is updated in real time.

5. Out for Delivery

The package is sent to your local delivery center and marked as “Out for Delivery”.

6. Delivered

Order is delivered to your doorstep with OTP/signature verification.

Shipping Charges

Shipping fees depend on the product, vendor, weight, volumetric size, and customer location. Some vendors offer **free shipping**, while others follow standard courier rate charts.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available for select pincodes and product categories. High-value or oversized items may require prepaid payment for security reasons.

Delays & Exceptional Situations
